Hyundai’s luxury car brand’s first electric SUV Genesis GV60 may get more than 300 miles per charge

Genesis has revealed the design of its first electric GV60 SUV on Thursday, Genesis is a luxury car brand from Hyundai

The GV60 is the first electric vehicle (EV) from Genesis.

Hyundai Ioniq 5 and Kia EV6 electric vehicles share the same Global-Electric Modular Platform (E-GMP) .

GV60 is Genesis’ third SUV, other variants from this series are GV80 and GV70.

Genesis GV60 consists of an 800V electrical architecture, capable of ultra-fast charging of 350kW.

Capable of hosting single or dual motor power packages with a variety of battery sizes.

The GV60 depicts the brand’s “sporty elegance” in the design.

also a shield-shaped grille sits low on the bumper to feel an aggressive sporty look and this will help to cool the determined batteries as well

But when compared to other Genesis models this GV60 looks average.

The interior of the GV60 is finely covered with blue leather upholstery.

Crystal Sphere shift knob and silvery infotainment knob are the main attractive elements.

The estimated range is more than 300 miles (483 kilometers)

Dominique Boesch, managing director for Genesis Motor Europe said that “The GV60, Genesis’ first on a dedicated electric platform, will provide a totally new experience as a luxury electric vehicle based on our unique brand identity and will also benefit from our unique customer-focused offering where service comes before sale”
